plural pirouette
she was stealthy, i had to give her that
quick silent and lusty, she kissed me accidentally, but not really
planned and masterminded in an alcohol induced frenzy
hormones escaped and engorged,
with every breath taken, mistaken hazy eyes revealed what lies underneath
she kissed me, surprised, though i did not resist
i knew it was something bound to regret
but pleasure now pay later,
why must there be inhibitions,
why worry, whats the hurry, lackadaisically i basked in it,
lip biting, tongue fighting, an epic square dance in one's mouth
...well two since i reciprocated
soft lips pushed and reached
tongue tips, wet with unspoken speech
it felt good, she was well versed, I had to give her that
so i slowly pulled away, tipped my hat, and left her a lady,
neither was i happy or proud
no ounce of disgust or lust,
i have decided it was bound for regret from the start
this must be one of those so-called downtown nights
and just like that i was back in the dance floor
lost in the revelry of the crowd.
